UPDATE – Due to bad weather and high waves R23RRC/P operations are delayed 24 hours. August 22 – Two ops from the UE23RRC team (RA1ZZ and RW5D) will activate Starichkov Island AS-095 as R23RRC/P starting approx August 23 and lasting 36 hours.
