In a surprise unannounced activity, Mike AC1JS recently showed on air (20SSB) from Sable island as AC1JS/CY0. This was a quick POTA activity before he had to return to the airplane (as per recording below) and head back to CONUS.[GOING QRT] CY0/VA1AXC – Sable Island
NEWS UPDATE – Today is Aaron’s CY0/VA1AXC last day on the air from Sable Island. He will not return to the island and will also dismantle his station later today.
