Jack Matang Tekitanga, T30TM is a new operator and local resident on Tarawa island, Kiribati. Although not very active he does sometimes check into the ANZA Net (14183Mhz @ 0500z) or the 7163 DX Group (7163Mhz @ 0900-1200z). He uses an ICOM IC-M700 transceiver which has no S-meter.
