Ron, VK4NRO leaves a note to say that the Amateur Radio Civil Services Network (ARCSN) will be activating 4S7RCS from Baththalangunduwa Island (AS-003) on 4–5 January. This will be a small-scale operation, primarily using digital modes, however the team will also be monitoring SSB when propagation permits, their barefoot operation.DX-World Memories
